The 'Sonomaton' is a device that questions our relationship with our gastronomy and beyond that what unites us as human beings, since we have as a common point eating and gathering around a table or in any case around a dish. The 'Sonomaton' likes to settle in an area and work with the inhabitants in order to question ourselves together and joyfully, it is composed of two different phases to meet the inhabitants and involve them through their personal story in the city. This project is about encounters and the expression of our culinary tenderness, recipes not from a chef but from our ancestors or relatives that reveal who we are. The first phase is called 'Experience Marcel', it speaks to our memory, our belly, to the depths of our intimacy and our personal stories. Like the writer Marcel Proust who, by biting into a cake, shaped like a scallop according to his writings, recalls a happy memory, we look for and archive the culinary memories of each of us by exploring our cultural mix. The second phase is intended to be collective in the creation of an artistic proposal resulting from the territory's collections, for Esch2022, we offer to create a banquet where the guests are the actors of what takes place, we will invent together a 'board game' to give life to our memories and the art of the discussion, it will be called "The Banquet of the Utopians'

Delphine Bailleul: In 2000, after graduating with a DNSEP from the Beaux-Arts in Rennes, she worked with Enrique Vargas at the TNB. She discovered sensory theatre, a different experience for the audience. It was while creating the installation 'Nourritures' for the play 'Chimères et autres bestioles' by À l'envers that she began to reflect on food. The desire to continue experimenting with this way of combining the culinary and plastic arts led her to take a BEP in cooking.
The fundamental principles of her work were then defined: to link writing and cooking, to redefine the love of food, to stage the meal, the banquet, to create spaces of conviviality around food, to include the spectator in the artistic act. Mirelaridaine was born.
From then on, the creations and installations were established and revealed the singularity of this approach, between plastic arts and theatre, where the place of the spectator is questioned and makes him an 'imaginer'. In this desire to test the codes of representation, to tell stories, to put words or images on our culinary tastes and emotions, she stages shows for young audiences.
In 2016, with Mirelaridaine, she set up a special event called 'Les Banquets' where she invited the inhabitants to reflect on our food and the arts.
