'NoiZi, A Street Band Festival' is an innovative project in Luxembourg. Spontaneous, vibrant and full of energy, the 'StreetnoiZe Festival' gives a new, more lively and direct approach to the musical culture of the Greater Region. It is a wind instrument music festival, intended to take music out of the concert halls and back to where it was born, in the street, to an audience that is not necessarily a fan of the usual cultural events. The Harmonie de Soleuvre wants to offer musical performances that are off the beaten track, freer, simpler, encouraging the spontaneous participation of other musicians and inviting the public to dance and freely express its joie de vivre. We want to create a lively, fresh and noisy festival that allows us to share our passion for making unplugged music in any location, in the middle of the street, with orchestras and bands from all over Europe. The spontaneous exchange between the different ensembles will not only allow for the generation of an amalgam of different cultural influences but also the creation of new musical interpretations together. Thanks to this mix of cultures and styles, the 'StreetnoiZe Festival' will fit perfectly into the thematic strands 'Remix Art' and 'Remix Europe', targeted by the Esch2022 project.

Jam Sessions au Belval
The whole evening, the bands will have jam sessions in different bars in Belval, amongst other, in the Rockhalcafé, the Coppers and the bar MK.

Parade menant du CIPA à Belvaux vers la Rockhal au Belval
A parade of different bands will start at 4 pm at the Integrated Complex for the Elderly (CIPA) located at 60, rue Waassertrap, L-4408 Belvaux and will arrive approximately at 6 pm near the Rockhal in Belval. Everyone is invited to come already at 3 pm to the CIPA to have a drink before the parade. The association “Gemeng Suessem hëlleft Asbl” will have a station where you can buy drinks in the "Park Belval", between the start and the endpoint of the parade. The organisation “Gentleman’s Club” will have a station at the end of the parade, in front of the Rockhal, where you can have drinks the whole evening. A detailed plan of the parade will follow.

One of the bands of our NoiZi festival, Toeters & Bellen from the Netherlands, will play an "Apero-Konzert" in the pub "Theaterstiffchen" with its famous owner called Mimmchen.

The NoiZi team rented a bus specifically designed for Esch 2022 by TICE and who will bring the bands to the pub "Pitcher" in Esch to play concerts between 2 pm and 6 pm.
